Within 7 Days of Purchase (and Limited Course Progress): You may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within 7 calendar days of your course purchase date AND you have completed less than 10% of the course content (as tracked by our system). This allows you to review the initial content and ensure the course meets your expectations.


Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, and our support team is unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund. You must report such issues promptly to our support team with sufficient detail.


b. Non-Refundable Situations:

After 7 Days or Significant Course Progress: No refunds will be issued for requests made after 7 calendar days from the purchase date, or if you have completed 10% or more of the course content, whichever comes first.


Course Completion/Certificate Issuance: Once you have completed a course or a certificate of completion has been issued, no refund will be granted.


Dissatisfaction with Course Content (beyond initial review): Refunds will not be granted solely based on personal dissatisfaction with the course content after the initial 7-day review period and limited progress. We encourage you to review course descriptions, syllabi, and any available preview materials before purchasing.


Promotional Offers/Bundles: Courses purchased as part of a promotional offer, bundle, or at a discounted price may have specific refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, such purchases are generally non-refundable.


Violation of Terms and Conditions: If your access to the platform or a course is terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., sharing login credentials, unauthorized distribution of content), no refund will be issued.
